Ladle preheaters are an essential component in the steelmaking process. They are used to preheat the ladles before they are used to transport molten metal from one process to another. Preheating the ladles is crucial because it reduces the risk of thermal shock and increases the efficiency of the process.

Tundish Pre Heater

Tundish preheating systems are used for high speed heating and heat maintaining. These systems are often equipped with a gas/oxygen burner. Compared to a conventional gas/air burner, an oxygen burner increases the efficiency of about 50%.
